There are two membership options offered:
All Access
- $800 annually per patient, no addtional fees
- includes all office, telephone, video chat, and im visits and everything else in between to keep you healthy
25/50
- $25/month per patient
- office visits starting at $50
- video chat, telephone, im visits starting at $25
Insurance
I encourage all patients to maintain medical insurance to help pay for hospitalizations, laboratory and diagnostic services, medications, etc.
I am an in-network physician for the following PPO plans: Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, and Aetna. If you have HMO insurance or Medicare and wish to become a member patient, please contact me directly to discuss how this may work for you. I do not accept Medi-Cal.
For patients seeking only acute care management, I offer traditional fee-for-service office visits starting at $200/hour.
